Returns and refunds
Layer & Shade products are printed on demand through fulfillment partners including Printify and Gelato, which means each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Please check the product details, size, color, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@LayerandShade.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
When a claim qualifies under the fulfillment partner's policy, the usual resolution is a replacement, free reprint, or refund. In most damaged or defective cases, the product does not need to be returned.
Items not eligible for free reprint or refund
- Wrong size or color ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Minor print placement variation
- Minor apparel size variation
- Products received as ordered
