Returns & Refunds

Layer & Shade products are printed on demand through fulfillment partners including Printify and Gelato, which means each item is made specifically for the customer after the order is placed.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Please check the size, color, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@LayerandShade.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it with the relevant fulfillment partner.

When a claim qualifies under the fulfillment partner's policy, the usual resolution is a replacement, free reprint, or refund. In most damaged or defective cases, the product does not need to be returned.

Free reprints or refunds are generally not available for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, minor print placement variation, minor size variation, low-quality source artwork issues, or products received as ordered.
