Where do you ship?

Layer & Shade ships worldwide through fulfillment partners including Printify and Gelato. Available shipping methods and delivery times depend on the product, destination, provider, and checkout settings.

When will my order arrive?

Each item is printed after ordering, so delivery time includes production plus shipping. Gelato and Printify both use print-provider networks, and delivery estimates can vary by product and location.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because products are made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please check your size and color before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@LayerandShade.com with your order number and clear photos. If the issue qualifies under the fulfillment partner's policy, we can request a replacement, reprint, or refund.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the product size information before ordering. Minor size variations can occur with apparel, so compare measurements with a shirt you already own if you are unsure.
